My First Buddhist Teaching
So, last night I went to my first Buddhist Teaching in town. It was such a spiritual experience and everone was so welcoming and friendly. We watched two teachings by Sogyal Rimpoche and discussed what we heard, I felt really connected with everybody, like we were all on the same wavelength. Amazing! So I am definately going to go again, but unfortunately they are away for two weeks as Sogyal Rinpoche is actually visiting Ireland! Shame I havn’t been attending earlier, I would say that would be such an amazing experience.
I feel I’m really getting closer to knowing who I am. Its really uplifting sitting in a room full of people on the same journey too.
